1. Our 30-Day Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders, starting from the date of delivery.
- Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
- Opened products are eligible for a refund if you are unsatisfied with the product. We may ask for brief feedback to help us improve.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Refund or Return
- Email us at support@paradiseglam.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided label.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost. You will not need to return the damaged item.

5. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange a product, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. This ensures the fastest turnaround for you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged by misuse
- Digital products or gift cards
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs.
- Change-of-mind returns: A return shipping fee may apply.
