Thank you for shopping with Cult Beauty. Below you will find all the information you need about how we process and ship your orders.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
During peak periods such as sales events or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. This discount is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code required.
4. Shipping Destinations
- United States: All 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii
- Canada: All provinces and territories (7–14 business days)
We are working on expanding to additional countries. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we ship to your region.
5. Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on package size, destination, and selected shipping speed. The carrier is assigned at the time of dispatch and confirmed in your tracking email.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package in real time. You can also view your order status by logging into your account and visiting My Orders.
7. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped to Canada, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be assessed by local authorities upon arrival. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Cult Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking has not updated in 48+ hours, please contact us at support@paradiseglam.com. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either reship or refund your order.
9. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@paradiseglam.com. We can update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it and cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
